These chalets can sleep up to 6 people by using the two bedrooms and  bed settees in the living room. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second bedroom can be equipped with either a bunk bed, two single beds or the two single beds put together to form a king size double bed by prior arrangement. Cot space is available in this second bedroom when equipped with either a bunk bed or one single bed. Both rooms have ample built in wardrobe space

  The lounge is comfortably furnished with two armchairs, bed settee, folding table and chairs, flat screen TV, Freeview, DVD and CD player with Radio.

  The Kitchen area was completely refurbished during the 2009 season and contains built in under work surface oven, ceramic built in hob, extractor, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster and is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery. An additional small freezer was installed in 1 of the chalets in 2010.

  The shower room/toilet has recently been refurbished and contains a walk in, glass fronted electric shower cubical (no bath)  hand basin, toilet, heated towel rail, extractor and shaving light/socket unit.

  The chalet benefits from an open outlook through a large double glazed lounge window and a West facing end wall to enjoy the afternoon sunshine and an uninterrupted view of the Norfolk sunset.

3 Bedroom Chalet Details :-

  This chalet can sleep 6 people comfortably in three separate bedrooms or up to 8 people by using the bed settee in the front room. The first bedroom has a double bed and sliding door, wall to wall, built in   wardrobes. The second is fitted with a double bed and a free standing wardrobe and the third bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed and benefits by having double glazed french doors opening on to a rear, West facing, extensive grassed area which is ideal for children or for adult relaxation. Facilities and equipment are identical to the 2 bedroom chalet except the bathroom has both a bath and a shower over the bath and the kitchen has a larger fridge freezer and a washing machine. The chalet is double glazed throughout and is generally more spacious than the 2 bedroom chalet.

For both types of chalet :-

  For families with young children a travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge, A small, refundable deposit is reqiured for these additional items. (Please ask at the time of  booking) Electricity is provided by £1 coin slot meter and all heating and cooking appliances are electric. Computer Wi Fi is not available on this site, however we are hoping to provide Internet Access using mobile broadband and a rentable laptop during the 2011 season if required (please enquire about costs)
